What is the idea?The idea is to get more traffic to webshops by offering them a visual ad.
This is done by offering pixels 1 block (100x100pixel) where webshops can upload a product from their webshop.
The webshop catalogue will be free and you will get a product ad and a link to your site from our homepage, also you can send us a product article of max 200 words in english with a product picture 200x200 pixels in .gif ,.jpg or .png with white background. In the product article you use a keyword and we will then link to your shop with that keyword.
The pixel can be edited via your own login and you can show products in your pixels together with text. When mouse-over your product popup to 200x200 pixel and you can choose to write some keywords for your product together with your webshop domain name. When the pixel is clicked your webshop is opened in another window.
Who are you?My name is Thomas Clausen, and i live in Luton, UK. Im originally from Denmark but have now been living and working in UK for two years as a flight mechanic.
I have my own webshop mycoolgadget.co.uk where im trying to offer visitors great gift ideas by offer inspiration via my "Gift Ideas" blog and the webshop itself.
Can a normal website get pixels?This site is only for webshops, if you have a normal website like a businesscard or similar you wont be able to get pixels. You need to sell online via your webshop to advertise here.
Can all webshops advertise here?If you have a webshop you are entitled to advertise here, all webshops will be approved before they are visible, if there are any problems with your website or other dodgy/scam things going on, your site will be rejected.
How many pixels can i get?The max pixels to get is 1 block 100x100! There will be a popup box where your uploaded pixel picture will display, the popup is set to 200x200 pixel.
Can i change the pixel/product picture?Yes, you get your own login so you can change your pixels/product as many times you want.
Which picture should i upload?I will recommend to upload a picture of your bestseller to increase the click of potential customers. A picture says more than 1000 words :-)
